Objective
In order to be licensed as a contractor in the State of Florida, one must pass two examinations; Business & Finance exam and the trade knowledge exam. This exam prep course is to prepare the individual for the Florida Business & Finance exam by applying effective study methods while providing up-to-date exam content information.
Course Description
This exam preparation course will cover financing, accounting which includes payroll, accounting practices, and productivity calculation. It will also cover business law, lien law, labor law, tax law, and laws and rules that govern the construction industry.
